E2G2 Discover Redesign

Today we started working on a redesign for our discover page on the E2G2 mobile app. Our CEO had very specific ideas he wanted to implement including a twitter feed and images and description for each tile at the bottom. While at first his request felt very overwhelming for myself and very likely for the user as well I spent a little bit of extra time trying to clean up this interface. Here is what it looks like after the first day.

I'd love some feedback or any suggestions. I will keep sharing as we continue the redesign.
