When it comes to sleep schedules, people naturally fall into three categories: Sunrise, Daylight, and Nightsky.
It turns out, the key to waking up rested and being productive throughout the day is to embrace your natural tendencies. What works for a Sunrise is the exact opposite of a Nightsky—and that’s okay.
We worked with the team at Kryo to build an app based on “the perfect day” for you. The app pushes users to adapt their daily routines by forming tiny habits.
The end goal? To sleep better at night and be more productive throughout the day.
All of this information is based on our client’s book, Reprogram Your Sleep.
We relied on habit-forming strategies such as gamification and used micro-interactions to add delight when folks complete tasks.
A few lucky folks got to join the beta. The rest of us will have to wait until early next year.
