Design Challenge: Sign Up

This first challenge: Create a sign up page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something.

I created one for a collaboration software product called Tollab, together + collaboration!

The illustration is not my own, but I am practicing vector illustration and am looking forward to sharing them with the Dribbble community!
