PS - UX/UI Design

The Private Suite, or PS, is a private luxury terminal serving commercial flights at LAX. Their terminal experience is separate from the public terminal and offers seamless security, customs clearance, and luxury amenities before and after each flight. Their web app is used by travel agents, high-net-worth individuals and their assistants to book curated, luxury experiences.

After establishing a partnership with a large financial institution, PS gained 6,000 new customers who had yet to use their booking service. To prepare for this influx of new customers, their product team reached out to Neuron. Together we created a strategic design roadmap to improve their digital properties, while making the PS experience richer and easier for the clients.
