One of our key values at Bnaturalia wellness is customer satisfaction and because we offer a lot of services at our platforms like Store, Consultations, and Courses we needed to build a live chat customer support section.

To ensure that our customers get direct help and in a shorter time, we created multiple support teams like the Technical team, the Shopping assistance team, and Consultations management.
