Olympus - Spartan Race Hackathon '14

I joined a team this weekend for the SF Hackfit Spartan Race Hackathon '14. Here is a transcript of my presentation:

"Motivation and passion do extraordinary things to you. Thats why we’re harnessing the power of gamification. We combine data from your Jawbone and our app.

We track all sorts of physical activities such as running, sports, and events. And we call it ‘Olympus’. Gather Olympic God badges unique to your city. Brag about your badges within the app to other players around you. And with enough badges you can become a one of the olympic gods in your city.

Olympus is only the foundation of what is possible. Imagine Nike/Reebok Sponsored badges. Restaurant badges to motivate you to eat the right things. And can we even push you around the world?
