We set out to build an MVP for a Pick’em Game in order to capture insights around sports betting with our app audience.
By creating a simple beta version, we were able to test our assumptions of first-time and casual bettors as it relates to the sports betting landscape at large.
We delivered the game into the hands of our users quickly and generated an abundance of data points based on learnings from our users’ behaviors.
