Onboarding Progress Steps

I recently had an idea which builds upon an old shot from a few years back. When designing on-boarding flows, I often propose including icons in the “current steps” indicator. Using glyphs provides more context than just numbers or text alone. Throw in some spiffy animation and you have yourself a kickass on-boarding experience!
