Cedar Hills Apartments Brand & Identity - Icon

As a designer for BT Creative I got to work with the lovely folks of Cedar Hills Apartments out in Portland, OR on an entirely new branding and identity for their amazing property. My team and I deep-dived into their location, demographic, local community, and just about every other detail you can think of to create a new brand that builds on and represents their own unique story.

Their property comes with a charming 10ft tall gnome (plus lots of little gnomes hidden around the grounds) which of course, we couldn't ignore even if we wanted to. We leaned-in to their mascot and built a brand that Cedar Hills can truly call their own.

To be as unique as their story, I hand-illustrated their beloved gnome (just a few sizes smaller), and chose a color palette that matches the charm, cheer, and the magic feeling of Cedar Hills.
