A concept, but feasible one. Here’s how it’d work.
The smart glasses detect and start tracing a face. A music streaming service’s API sends data to glasses which display the data next to the face. The glasses call to perform some possible actions/reactions. In this case it's liking someone’s listening activity simply by giving thumbs up with a smart watch on a wrist (so the smart watch detects the hand movement).
Augmented is the new black.
