Rebound of Loading Feedback

This is to feedback to the user that the content is loading. The improvements are:

When the user clicks the button, the effect of the arrow is more animated to better show the user that they are going to the next step.

You can't see on the GIF due to compression, but the dark circle actually pulses and breathes very subtly. This is to give feedback to the user that something is actually happening. See the attached .mov file for better clarity

This animated icon will be alongside text within the button that will change to feedback to the user the state of the system. E.g. from "Continue" to "Loading".
