This is the cover I submitted to Ad Age's Young Creatives Cover Competition a few weeks back. I didn't win, but I had fun creating it nonetheless.

The artist's statement I submitted with it:
The modern advertising landscape is a lush and noisy place. It is thick with calls and claims, hurled into the open space as if in mere hope of the right passerby. Who can parse these messages? Only the creative animal can be seen, who has the courage to depart from his competitors, to dispense boldly with the safety in numbers, and to return the observer’s gaze. In 2014, creative focus brings message and audience together above the designless din.
