Super stoked to share the last illustration that I made for the Spotify design blog.
This time, Pilar Serna, Senior Design Manager, wrote an article about how to grow and nurture a fully remote team during covid.
I’d say my favorite part of the process was to talk to Pilar and Georgia (the blog’s editor) about our personal challenges when working remotely and how to keep a sense of human connection and warmth.
