EXPLORA - Virtual Reality Tourism Mobile App

Explora is a mixed-reality tourism app that seeks to improve the tour guide experience of tourists. The primary feature of the Explora app is to provide the users with events happening within close proximity based on their location and to provide guided tours with pop-up cards when a tour is in session, containing more information about a particular landmark or site, thereby eliminating the need for a physical tour guide.

The Explora app also features an in-app itinerary that shows the user all of their liked events or events they have added for future reference. The goal of the Explora project is to redefine the tourism and events space by introducing modern technology to a traditional experience.
