WordPress Add Plugins Page - Re-design Concept

Hi everyone, I'd like to share my recent design exploration.

As a WordPress user, I found that something is missing on the add plugin page because it doesn't display the plugins based on the categories list, and it feels like the featured section is almost never gets updated. Therefore, in this re-design concept, I added the categories list as a tab so that users will easily navigate through the list of plugins that are sorted by categories.
