Techwise - NEED LOGO ADVICE

Please let me know which you think is the strongest of the attached. The company acts as a bridge between people or companies who want to develop a software/app and the programmers. I like the concept of #3, which is owl eyes made of gears, but I wonder if the delivery has made it obvious enough? Any help or advice is much appreciated!
