Vintage Stamp Effect - Photoshop Styles

Back in the day I use to work for one of the biggest full service automotive advertising agencies in the USA and all of the ads were pretty much the same old crap. I got tired of having to always create a stamp style graphic so I decided to create a layer style that would give me that stamped effect.
