The best star wars character deserves cooler merch. Star wars as a larger narrative is pretty inconsistent in quality (sorry) but the Ahsoka beats just hit and are among the most emotionally resonant parts of the story. I love the power of stories to help us process life — and I can’t think of a better hero for our times than Ahsoka Tano, burned by the failure of trusted institutions to do the right thing, but still not growing weary of doing good (paging Luke Skywalker 👀). Anyway. I illustrated her as Ahsoka the White — the Gandalf connection is another reason to love her — in the Glasgow School style of the art nouveau movement ✨ Do you think Charles Rennie Mackintosh would have watched Rebels? I think maybe yes.
