Multi-line Phone App & Extensions

Last year I was working on the challenge to design a multi-line phone app and it's 3rd party integrations (Salesforce, G Suite, Safari, Outlook, Amazon Alexa)
that connect office and mobile devices with one number. The main focus of the app is on ability to see all caller contextual info during the call, take notes and log call into Salesforce. It also covers calls management, video conferencing, chat, click-to-call and click-to-sms.
