Design Skills worksheet

The bespoke curriculum for the attendees at a recent team offsite encouraged designers to self assess personal values, design skills, and design superpowers. I created the system and individual worksheets using a hand drawn style so that the documents wouldn’t feel too precious. I wanted the attendees to feel comfortable drawing on the worksheets and making them their own.
