Prevent Mobile v2

We're starting work on v2 of the mobile app and doing a lot of re-organizing and adding a few new features this time around. This will be the participant's tab to check on their progress and also keep track of what they still need to complete for the program. Ties into this in the web app.

Also, this is not final at all we've just started. Feedback is welcomed!
