Downloads in Progress Popover

Coming up with ideas on ways to display multiple downloads and the progress of each. To solve for this, we created a popover to appear when the user clicks on "Exports", another popover to appear when they click on "Downloads", and for an extra measure, add notification badges to the icons as well as up in the top nav near the bell.
