Credit Card Checkout

We tried to design the form as simple as possible. The left column is used for keeping track on the summary and the right side provides a simple form for paying the sum via credit card gate or other method.
In the prototype (http://ui.dizen.digital/UIs/002.html), there is a functional live input formatting as well as card provider identification.
