Creating simple user flows is for me the best way to define scope and estimate work. Presenting all screens on one big visual map gives all team members a general view and helps to prioritize the next steps.

My tips:
✅ Do it quickly and iterate often.
✅ The software doesn’t matter. Use your favorite tool and master the process (I design directly in figma based on predefined components)
✅ Pen and paper is great if you can meet regularly with stakeholders. Yeah, which could be hard recently 😷
✅ Don’t overcomplicate the process. The easier the better!
