XSpot - Live Notes - editing mode

Live Notes in XSpot allow salespeople to create a live document outlining key details of the deal or tasks and ideas that need to be implemented in order for the sale to move forward. Beyond rich text formatting options familiar to most users from tools like Google Docs, XSpot also allows to create smart text strings connecting certain portions of the document to specific fields in the team’s CRM.

Suppose the team uses Salesforce as their customer relationship management tool. The salesperson will be able to easily assign a line or a single word to an already existing datapoint in HubSpot. It might be a contact number, customer’s team size or an additional email address. The best part? If the user changes connected text in the document - it’s automatically update in the CRM too.
