Website redesign

Finally got around to updating my ageing portfolio website, with 3 things in mind:

1) Focus - strip away any unnecessary clutter and allow the content to take centre stage.

2) Modern - build using HTML5, responsive CSS, SVG / Retina graphics and appropriate fallbacks for older browsers.

3) Wordpress - build a theme with as few 'hacks' as possible, taking advantage of native features and shaking bad habits picked up over the last 6 years.
