Future of meat

I made this shot for a new hackathon about "The Future of Food" by WWF's initiative- Panda Labs in Bulgaria. What will meat be like in the future? The scinetist in this shot is cooking up a steak made of cricket flour and veggies. I have never tried it myself but it seems that cricket flour is a great source of protein, without having a strong flavour.
