Reflections After a Year

We asked our team some questions to reflect over the past 12 months then compiled their answers into a collective reflection piece, and I have to say I'm pleased with how the accompanying image turned out with its texture and meaning.

I used a zoom meeting screenshot as the background and layered a handful of the actual comments from team members over it. I love how you can read snippets of text but not the whole thing. It wasn't my intention, but the result kind of reminds me of being in a crowded room where multiple conversations are going on at once, something most (all?) of us haven't experienced in a while, so it makes me somewhat nostalgic. I guess it's kind of like a crowded virtual room, which is not the same as the buzz of voices in a singular physical space, but it's what we have for now.

Besides all that, I also like how the lines of text and the dark background kind of mimics lines of code, since we're a digital agency and all :)
