SPIRITS OF THE GARDEN. Spirit of the Birch

This small, cute spirit has a blue skin and heavenly eyes. It takes care of a birch on each season of the year, day after day, patiently and neatly. But this spirit is a little sad because it is lonely. However, it strongly believes in better times and this gives it encouragement it to meet yet another and another day. And to its big surprise, the day comes when the Spirit of the Birch meets the Spirit of the Apple Tree. It was an early sunny morning. The Spirit was sitting for a while on a birch branch and just listening to the sounds of birds. When it opened its eyes, it couldn’t believe what it saw: there was something flying in the sky and descending directly from heaven towards it. That was the Spirit of the Apple Tree! When it reached the branch, it smiled and started talking about the garden, how huge and beautiful it was and that spirits have already been living there for many years. The Spirit of the Birch was listening carefully. That attracted its attention and interest very much, indeed. And, when the Spirit of the Apple Tree invited it to come together to the garden, the Spirit of the Birch couldn’t believe it was true. That made it feel so happy. Finally, they each got a new friend!
