The pandemic has wrecked our sense of time

This is part of a series of illustrations I did for a seven days newsletter by the Washington Post about our sense of time and our mental health during the pandemic, everyday was focusing on a specific matter, giving advice and tricks about how to improve our ”lockdown life”.

“The pandemic has wrecked the country’s sense of time. Our past feels distant. The present drags by. The future comes only in two-week chunks of dread. Time still feels like mush, especially for those still spending most of their time at home.”
