Picagave Spicy Artisan Agave Syrup

Picagave is a sweet & subtly spicy syrup made of agave nectar infused with chili peppers 🌶. The goal for this agave syrup brand identity was to create visuals that are friendly, organic, rustic, and natural. 🌿

The simplicity of the design conveys the brand’s honesty and unassuming nature. Minimal shapes paired with clean type and blocks of color will help this one stand out on the physical shelf in stores and on the virtual-self of web-stores. I selected typefaces that have rounded letterforms and an organic feel. The brand’s all-natural concept is also reinforced by the rounded, flowing edges of the syrup label.

Ultimately, the brand identity I crafted achieves the feat of helping consumers to assume the best about the brand based on visuals alone– it just looks like a hand-crafted, organic, high-quality product that they need to have on hand in their pantry in order to elevate their next home-cooked meal.
