#18 - AVOID USING PLASTIC WASTE AND CHEMICALS FOR 3 DAYS

Do not use any plastic and chemical products for 3 days. We are just like mosquitoes when compared to the greatness of Mother Earth. Don't give yourself too much priority. Remember what you take from nature and what you did for her. You should be responsible for protecting the environment. Keep Mother Earth clean like the way you would do with your home. You are a guest in this life, don't take advantage of Mother Earth.

Be mindful of your consumption. Examine your lifestyle, is it helping to protect or destroy nature? We need to leave good things for future generations, not a pile of trash. The harmful things we do to Mother Earth will turn back in 10 times more.
