#9 - WALK BAREFOOT AND HUG A TREE
Walk barefoot to connect to Mother Earth and do meditation while hugging a tree. Most of us usually loose the connection with nature because of the living in the world of physical assets. Let's be conscious and walk in peace, no rush. Take a deep breath from your belly and hug the tree, while saying "thank you" for the oxygen she provides us. Since we were born, we've been using free oxygen without saying thanks, so let's do it. Say thanks to this friend, and say thanks to Mother Earth.
This exercise helps you to give up your ego and heal your soul.
