How I started my 3D career

The year I realized that I'm having a dream to became a 3D artist since I started my career in Design 6 years ago. Well yeah, I didn't work as a Customer Support in Online casino all this time (*I actually did this before starting the design career šŸ˜‚), and I really enjoyed most of my design projects but that dream stuck in my heart for quite a while. The lockdown year 2020 gave me so much time to think about what I do, the way I do, do I like what I do (well yes, but do I love it?šŸ§)ā€¦

The "love what you doing" idea always sounded to me like a sort of dream. What's more, receiving a monetary reward (aka salary) for stuff you so love sounds even more unreal. Keeping the track of my sharing, giving, and receivingšŸ˜Ž, I started my sofa study in 3D (I literally spent most of the lockdown time in 25 m2 apartment on a sofa studying Cinema4D software, meanwhile having a full-time remote job and personal life. I've got to say there were plenty of moments when I thought ā€” that's total crap! Guess I should get back to what I already doing well.

Anyway, after 2 months of free Skill Share trialšŸ¤‘, I switched to YouTube (btw, can gladly share my 3D study founding on YouTube:) I am still amused by how much free stuff you can find here. Sure I have ups and downs in studying. Sometimes, it's for a week or two. Sometimes, for a month or soā€¦ But I keep getting back to learning. To keep me on track, I started to participate in different weekly / monthly challenges. To me, the competition is really nice thing to stay tuned! As a result, I was featured in pretty cool Insta and YouTube channels, as an honorable mention @xuxoe, and even a 2nd prize in monthly challenge @cgshortcuts

I believe it's just the beginning.
