Chat Screen – web app concept

This chat screen is part of my concept of a people and task management app I’ve been working on recently. I don't know if you've heard of concierge services as an employee benefit, but it's a great idea that I hope becomes more popular.
However, each time I use such a service, I think about how easy it must be for employees to get lost in dozens of tasks. My app would help them create effective action plans.
