Daily UI Challenge 001

This form is the first challenge in the 100 Day Daily UI Challenge. I made the mock-up in Figma, and exported the model with Vectary.

The form is for artists to sign up for the collaborative service, ArthenticMe, coming out at the end of 2021. This business wants to make a community of collaborative artists using progressive technology.
