Mikim

Mikim is a new web platform that provides an easy and intuitive way to order spare parts and request repair service for any kind of vehicle. Yes... any kind, from a bicycle to a heavy work machine. Their goal was to create an online experience that would facilitate the – often stressful – process of finding the right part at a fair price, or even getting your vehicle fully repaired.

Our partners at Litebox called us to work with them for their client, in order to think and design a simple and friendly experience – both desktop and mobile – for the user to search his vehicle by type, make and model and then find the right spare parts for it, or even request different kinds of service repair. What supposed before a lot of emails, phone calls and excel forms, now becomes a fast and seamless online journey integrated with a powerful database that makes everything easier.

We worked through a well-defined process of research, visual inspiration, UX and UI design to rethink the data entry process, and each of the instances to craft a really straightforward user experience that allows the user to avoid the stressful process of getting his transportation repaired, and let him be back on the road in a fast and secure way.
