Can you imagine your life without e-banking with its digital transactions and instant money transfers? Hardly, we bet. Yet, your user success in a fintech app depends on different factors. And UX design is definitely one of the key ones.
At Uptech, we have dared to conduct an experiment. We have made a heuristic evaluation of the Chase Mobile Banking app – an e-banking product from JPMorgan Chase bank. Based on the results, we have figured out and implemented the changes, which made the UX flow more user-oriented.
