Litmus Weekly is a weekly digest of all things inspirational in the email marketing world. The email hadn't been redesigned for some time, and although the audience was engaged, the business felt that the design no longer reflected the brand.
The email and content teams at Litmus have been working closely to re-imagine the newsletter, bringing in a leading piece of content, rather than the email displaying purely as a list of links.
Working with Chase Carpenter (https://dribbble.com/chasecarpenter) we created icons that could identify different types of content, such as events and jobs, and I looked at branding the email with its own geometric shaped logo.
We continue to iterate on the design and layout, giving members of the content team at Litmus the opportunity to create the content each week and breathe new life in to each issue.
