Ping goes multiplayer!

🤝 We added the ability to talk with your team on Shopify Ping! You can access team messages from a brand new tab navigation.

Additionally, we added:

• New message filtering UI
• The ability to assign conversations to staff
• New 'open/close' language for conversation status (replacing 'active/marked as done')

I'm really happy we were able to spend some time adding new features as well as polish up some UI/UX that have long been put in the ol' icebox on Github.

Invite staff members on your Shopify store to Ping and give teams (and these other improvements) a try!
