💎 We recently updated Shopify Chat with:
• Bigger window (to show more messages!)
• New minimize UI
• Self-service 'order lookup' option
• Phone number/email input before chat (creates/matches customer record in Shopify)
• Increased font sizes and new message backgrounds for better readability
It's been *so* long since we have had the resources to work on Shopify Chat. I'm happy we were able to give it some TLC bit before BFCM. I think our merchants will really benefit from the improvements.
