Remote team management has never been easy, which became obvious during the pandemic. Now, it's time to re-think HR tools! Here's our exploration of an HR management app.
This is a team management screen with team member cards showing an employee's avatar, name, position, and worked hours per week. The cards can be filtered by team, position, etc. On the right, there's a total work time progress bar and project stats.
For the dark mode, we used a black + iridescent color combo that highlights control elements and progress trackers. This gives the app a minimalist sleek look. And pleasant colors and animation of the liquid progress bar make it incredibly satisfying to monitor the team's progress.
