It’s #WorldTelevisionDay! A day set apart in 1996 by the United Nations to celebrate the impact the television has in decision making as well as being an ambassador to the entertainment industry.

• GIVE THANKS TO PHILO: In 1927, a 21 year old inventor by the name of Philo T. Farnsworh invented the world’s first electronic television.
