Sales & Labor Dashboard

Two important metrics I've found working with folks in the restaurant industry are sales & labor costs. Sales pull in through the POS system integration and labor targets are pulled from the schedule. The actuals need to be at target thresholds. It's important for a manager to know these trends, that way if shifts need to be cut (to control costs) they can be done on the fly. Badges are for actual clock approvals (labor) and schedule approvals (estimates).
