Surf Carson America

For this week's weekly warmup I’m paying homage to David Carson. When I began studying graphic design back in the 90s his work was everywhere, he is probably the single biggest influence on my career after my secondary school art teacher. For this warmup I took the lyrics to Weezer’s ‘Surf Wax America’ and set it out like one of Carson’s magazine layouts.
