akaw surf co. logo

I wanted to create a surf brand. I did some research for a name based on "surf terminology" and came up with akaw which means Awesome or Cool - that's a great name for a surf company. Too bad it was already taken... or is it?

Here's my "unintentional rebrand" of Akaw Surf Co.

The outer shape represents a letter 'A'. The inside of the logo is a wave crashing down creating a barrel, which according to my research is one of the most sought after things for a surfer.
