The Teach Online brand is about putting teachers first and being transparent about earning potential is a natural result. Our salary calculator lets new teachers estimate their monthly income based on the hours they put it, getting them excited about their potential salary, not the hourly rate. The UI reflects both the brand expression and the choice our teachers have to make between teaching English to kids or adults.
