Designing Thinking

Design thinking is very important.

It's takes a lot of thinking before you put designs onto a screen and start to map the user journey.

We often sit down in a boardroom or a coffee shop and brain storm the entire user journey, map that across the various features, limitations of what we can Vs what we cannot do and then map that on an entire grid before putting on the brand and user interface components.
