You are what you Eat

When I moved to America from France, I heard the saying "You are what you eat" a lot. I never quite understood what they meant by that, until I saw how big a big mac was. I decided to photograph this saying through a series of my friends with their favorite "junk" food items. But instead of having them just eat it, they had to become it. Yes this was messy, and no they were not paid but we did have leftovers for some time after!
