Logo for a fabric company

Hey guys.

Didn't share anything for some time. Here is my attempt to do a logo for a fabric company. They asked to create a logotype, where 8 would resemble the infinty symbol. Also, they asked to create a pattern using the logo.

It's one of my first logos, so i would love to hear some feedback!
